RESIDENTIAL COACH I – Weekend Part Time Schedule Residential Program Manager HOURS: Part Time Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (or) Part Time Saturday and Sunday 7:00 pm – 7:00 am EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science Preferred EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: One year experience preferred with Bachelor’s Degree in a social science. QUALIFICATIONS: Commitment to team and group process. Expresses desire to work with emotionally disturbed adolescents in residential setting; can give personal and professional rationale for desire to work in such a position that is consistent with agency mission; exhibits sense of compassion and empathy for population served; has high stress tolerance; can describe self as flexible and dependable.
